Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. As all our orders are printed to order we will charge a 10% restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of our receipt of your return. Please ensure that the item is insured/tracked for your own piece of mind, we cannot refund items that do not arrive at our studios.

If the error is our fault, wrong size or different colour than the order, we will replace the order. However please ensure you have requested a sample should your colour choice be critical.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
